a. Before using the box resistance furnace, it must be baked for several hours at low temperature, and the temperature should be raised slowly, so as to prevent the furnace from cracking due to the rapid change of temperature.
b. When the box type resistance furnace is used, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the high temperature, so as to avoid burning the electric heating elements. The temperature rise above 400 ℃ shall not be too fast, so as not to affect the measurement results and the service life of the furnace.
C. It is forbidden to pour all kinds of liquid and molten metal into the furnace.

e. When the box type resistance furnace is used, special personnel should be assigned to observe it frequently to prevent accidents caused by automatic control failure. When no one is on duty at night, the box type resistance furnace should not be used.
f.箱式電阻爐使用完畢，應切斷電源，使其自然降溫。不應立即打開爐門，以免爐膛突然受冷碎裂，如急用，可先開一條小縫，讓其降溫速度稍微加 快，待爐膛溫度降至安 全溫度時，方可開爐門取出實驗物料。
f. After the box type resistance furnace is used, the power supply should be cut off to make it cool naturally. The furnace door should not be opened immediately to avoid sudden cold cracking of the furnace. In case of emergency, a small gap can be opened first to speed up the cooling rate slightly. When the furnace temperature drops to a safe temperature, the furnace door can be opened to take out the experimental materials.
